Shipping & Returns

If there happens to be any variations between social media. Please refer to this website (Eng. version) as prevail. 


Skreen. committed to providing quality skincare products to all of you. While we hope that you are always satisfied with your refillable purchase, we realize there are times that you may need to return a product. We regret that only damaged items OR defective skincare will be refunded/exchanged. If by any chance you might undergo any allergy, please be reminded that a small amount of products should be applied on the neck for allergy testing. We do not indemnify any harms caused by allergy. 


If you receive an item that is broken or expired (NOTE a slightly dent bottle is considered a normal situation), you may contact us within 30 days for a replacement. To replace an item, please WhatsApp +852 6208 6676, we will respond with the appropriate return and/or exchange instructions.


• Returns must be made within 15 days of your receipt date for a refund.

• Product must be in its original and unused condition. Please do not remove / rinse the bottle for record purposes.

• We regret that we do not refund original shipping costs with the return. However, the return fee is free of charge.

• Please return the product with its original package. Simply remove your personal details and return by the Hong Kong Post.

• Returns will be processed within 1-2 weeks of our office receiving your item.

• Please record your tracking number because we cannot issue a refund until our office confirms receipt of the returned merchandise. We are not responsible for lost packages.


Please Note:  Only items purchased on Skreen. may be accepted for a return. Empty containers cannot be accepted for refund.
